We were told our tour would begin at 4:45am for a 5:15am train ride. I requested to be upgraded but they said it wasn't possible - which isn't true. The train ride should only be 2:20 minute but the tour group selected the cheapest train ride and it felt it - and was 3 hours instead. We were told (in writing) that we would go directly to Auschwitz and we could keep our overnight bag in the tour…”
