I did the Schindler Factory option as well, which some people didn’t, and the whole process of managing multiple pickups and drop-offs at different locations was seamless with excellent communication all day. All of the drivers and guides were great. My one improvement would be to have GYG change the start time for the day. They say it’s 08:00, with some variation to do the various pickups. Seems 08:00 is the time the Auschwitz tour starts, so pickup time was 05:30; I still would have done it but it was a nasty shock to get such a big variation only the night before.”
