There is a large queue outside, you can bypass that on the day as you’ve got tickets and it gets you straight in.”

“1307946115 hi we have had to leave the tour due to the amount of time it is taking our original tour time of 8am was brought forward to 4am which we accepted but to be dropped of at 5.20am in the rain no protection from the elements. We then waited till 6.20am till gates opened only to find another queue which then opened at 7.30am . We waited till 9.45am when the tour operator told us that the tour would then not start till 1pm that is 8hrs of holiday doing queuing this is unacceptable and a waist of my holiday . Much better off booking direct with the Salt Mine.”
